During that time, Bruce propelled his Jackson restaurant to one of the “Top Ten Burger Joints in the USA.” Community is essential to Bruce, as evidenced by the annual Thanksgiving dinner for those in need he provided through his restaurant. Bruce gained his deep knowledge of strategy, marketing, communication, and negotiations working as an Advertising and Brand Management executive for 27 years on brands like Snapple, Pepperidge Farm, Campbell’s, and Nabisco. In addition, he has volunteered as a mentor for transitioning Special Operations Forces, helping them transition into civilian careers through Your Grateful Nation 501 (c) (3).
